Aug/sept 2013, propell called for an execution of sale -flat number 21 -impala court, -parow due to the owner owing x-amount in outstanding levies. The body corporate was notified a day before the sale. the sale fell through the hole due to the garage not being attached to the unit. tenants from "" was renting at the time from the current owner who was deep in debt. To date, the only feedback propell has given was that their correspondent attorney have to ammend the original order allowing execution against the unit to include the garage. once the sherrif has completed the attachment, another sale of execution will be scheduled -sometime may/june 2014. In the meantime, the residents have had endless problems with 21 which turned out to be a "hotspot" for druggies and gangsters-friends of the 13yr old and 10yrs old daughters. the 13yr old has been taken out of school due to "stress-ralated-problems" about a year ago. They pay no rent and water and had an agreement with the body corp to pay in the meantime to them-which they did not do! water was cut and later the electricity. The tenants from 21 have impended on the quality of life at Impala causing it to go down.
