Bad After Service

I purchased a pool cleaner from PnP Hyper Brackenfell on 17/3/2009 with the understanding that whatever goes wrong in the next 5 yrs will be replaced foc.
On 28/6/2009 I took it to Zodiac for repairs and they replaced the item.

On 30/1/2014, the item stopped working and when I took it out of the pool it fell apart. Took it to Zodiac in Montague Gardens where a very arrogant Johan Demon informed me that it was time to buy a new one due to it being wear and tear, that the item is outside its warranty and that they replaced it a year and half ago.
I was not happy with his comment as to my knowledge and proof the warranty only expires in March 2014.

When I asked about the price he told me that they dont carry stock and that I should contact their Jhburg branch, customer care at the following no. 0860963422. I contacted this number and spoke to Janice Venter, who asked me to take a photo and email it to her.
She never came back and eventually I contacted her. She confirms that it is wear and tear to which I do not agree! It can be seen clearly on the photo.

They have no idea about Treating Customers Fairly. In the meantime my pool is dirty and unkept.
