Deposit not paid, terrible conduct

On the 1st of january 2014 i moved out of the flat (Unit 94 Crimson Manor Montana) my contract was expired, which i gave Proadmin 2 months notice that i will be moving out. Proadmin send an inspector to check if everything is in order, the inspector checked everything and informed that all is in order there's nothing broken or damaged..then Lundi Sgammini told me my deposit will be paid after 21 days

On the 31st of January 2013 we had break ins in the Complex, my flat was broken into which the door was broken with handle damaged.i reported the matter on the 1st of January 2014 to Proadmin, they sent an inspector to check, but No one cared to come an change the locks so the door can be locked, i then took a bedroom lock to make sure the door gets locked,

in February 2014 my deposit hasn't been paid to me, i called Lundi Sgammini to find out whats the problem, she then told me The owner decided not to pay my deposit back because of "the condition", i asked which condition she failed to explain which condition.she fails to explain why was i not being told about the latest development about my deposit
She told me i should consult a lawyer to get my deposit, i find this terrebile
