I signed a contract with Just letting to rent a house from them. On the day of recieving the key, the apartment was just painted and the carpets looked like they were attempted to be washed. The main door could not close, the battler door was unfunctional and the toilet tap kept running water non stop. I called the agent and she never answered my calls until I wrote an sms which she replied. She was fighting me as if I am the one at fault. Very rude!
She later sent her plumbers to that apartment to come and fix the tap but I had already left because I told her that I will not move into that place like that. Her plumbers did not find me there and now they are blaming me for not being there to open for their plumbers. They were supposed to do their inspection before they even gave us the keys. Why should I stay there and be inconvenienced when they had to do all that. I then told her that I am cancelling the lease and I want my money back based on her attitude and breach of contract. Today I get an email telling me that I should pay some odd amount of fees. I'm not prepared to do so. I canceled the lease before it started & I canceled besed on their failure to maintain the dweling
