One year rental contract signed 20 July 2012 with Just Letting Mossel Bay. Deposit of R2700 paid. 12 monthly rent installments paid via EFT on 1st of every month. 27 June 2013 written notice given via email that I'm not renewing contract at end of July 2013. Just letting mailed to refund deposit, but refuses as they claim that the Landlord owes them commission. I am not the Landlord or any way connected with the Landlord. I contacted Just Letting Head office on 15 November 2013, but they couldn't convince them to refund me. Money shall be recovered in Small Claims Court.
