I received a legal charge letter on the 17th December 2013, because i failed to submit my company financials in the correct format which the EAAB changed without notifying me in person or via email. I admitted guilt & send all required docs back via email on the 17th Dec 2013. I am still waiting for a reply. The legal charge letter stated the matter will be set down in Dec 2013. It is now Feb 2014, the matter has NOT been addressed by Jimmy Baloyi, Exec Enforcement Mnger of EAAB who sent me the legal charge letter or the EAAB. I am forced not to trade at all until this matter has been seen to. Jimmy Baloyi has received repeated emails from me, and done nothing to see to the charge, even though he received ALL the info required by me on the same day he sent me the legal charge letter!! I do believe the EAAB needs more competent staff that understand their own legal letters they send to estate agent principals and who know how to keep to dates that they set out in their very OWN legal charge letters! i have given Jimmy Baloyi the option to correct his incompetence repeatedly, which he has ignored. Who else can i work with at the EAAB that can do their job & understand a legal doc?
