Current/ Prospective Tenants and/or Owners
I'm a owner of a unit that WAS administered by VIP Properties CC. After poor service delivery (i.e. not performing required inspections and maintenance), I terminated the contract with the said supplier.
After numerous attempt to get hold of the principle at VIP Properties - Celeste to retrieve the deposit paid by the tenants who suffered due to poor service delivery (tenants went with a broken toilet and front door for close to a month amongst others) I have been given the run-around and nobody is responding to messages left.
Should you and/ or anybody you know consider doing business with VIP Properties, I suggest you do a thorough back round check of the organisation i.e. do not blindly believe the nice sales pitch of the small family business.
Should you or anybody you know currently be letting or have properties administered by VIP Properties CC, I would investigate in more detail the state of affairs and escalate poor service delivery to platforms like this and other social media.
