I moved into a flat last year which was on lock down, the flat was not cleaned and not painted. I was promised by the building manager Albert that the flat was going to be painted and cleaned. i eventually had to clean the flat myself as i could not stay in a dirty flat. When i requested that the flat be painted i was told i signed a form to say everything was in order so no they wont paint it. The worse thing is that when i eventually decided to move out they will hold my deposit for "PAINTING" a flat that was not painted when i moved in. This is clear of peoples money, the customer service agents have no understanding of customer service. they only care about you when they need you to move in, once you are bounded by their contracts they treat you like dirt, with their flats that are full of cockroaches whether you scrub them everyday or not. this is totally unacceptable.
