No service after they receive commission

My husband and I found a one bedroom flat at The Auroras in Umhlanga through prophunt in July 2013. They seemed helpful enough and we signed the lease. Before signing the lease they told us the landlord Seelan had promised to reconcile our utilities bill every 3 months and pay us back if we did not go over a R500 limit, to paint the apartment, and install artificial turf as the outside looked like it had not been maintained since the place was built. With all this being promised we happily signed the lease. After 6 months nothing that was promised had been done. We decided to cancel the lease as it was a breach of contract a misrepresentation of the property. After trying over and over to get a copy of our lease which prophunt never gave us nobody has the decency to even reply. The landlord has since asked them to find new tenants and they are unconcerned about the fact that the landlord has not refunded any of our deposits or reconciled any of our bills. Once these people rent you a property and get their commission that's it. And they will moan about landlord only until they once again can get more commission from him. Pathetic attitude and pathetic service. Never trust them!
