We rented a flat from Pretor agency last year. when we asked for flat keys they said we left it in Petrol Garage near the flat! I collected the keys and when opened the door it was like they had bachelor party last night in flat. full of rubbish! I tried to call them but no one answered for 3 days. we cleaned the flat and after 3 month they called me that we are going to send some one to clean the flat!!! I said listen, what do you think about us? we are not leaving like you guys! we are clean people! on second week geyser broke and it was leaking hot water in to parking area and we had steam instead of hot hot water in shower. all lights was broken because of old cables. we had just one bedroom with working globes for 3 months, I sent more than 60 emails and more than 100 calls whit no reply. I never received electricity bills and at the end of contract they sent me batch of invoices! it was double because of broken electricity but they said if you do not pay it you will loos your deposit! terrible! I just paid to not to fight any more with this crazy people but they did not release my deposit and said there is another bill coming. yes yes they are stupid!
