After our lease agreement ended in April 2013, we were promised by the agent that our rent and water & electricity deposit would be paid between 6 - 8 weeks. In july 2013 we ere paid a short rent deposit and were told that they deducted admin fees, damages and carpet cleaning etc. But the only thing that was stated on our agreemnt was that if there are any damages we will have to pay. or they will dedcut the amount from the depost all the other items deducted were not stipulated on our contract. When we ask where is water & electricity we were told that the records show there is no deposit that they owe us and they also came up with a breakdown of what the water & electric deposit was for but that was never told to us, but that the deposit was for water & electricity. We have been liasing with the following people and are getting no joy.

This is so frustrating because they dont answer our emails or when answering they come up with excuses even though we provided them with proof of payment.
