I am a tenant at En-Gedi one of Citiq Properties complexes (Jika Properties), recently i have logged complaints about the maintenance issues aswell as there ability to involve the tenants on whats happening at the complex eg.the change in security companies i never get a response after the week of sending the mail, when i called the offices to speak to the person who i had sent the mail to the guy is always unavailable to take my call, then i was offered help by the person who answered the phone and this guy couldnt help after him saying he could then he refused to let me speak to the manager and refused to give me the managers email saying that he has to help me yet he couldnt, he dropped the phone on me saying i was rude and he will not speak to me. This property agents have tenants but they cannot provide they paying clients with proper secuirty as all we have been having are break ins at this complex. They cannot provide customer service as till today they still have an email address for me on their system which is not mine after the many times i have given it to them. We as tenants are not notified about anything at the complex, totally disgusted with this company and they abilities.
