It's me again, writing at 11:00 at night again, because I cannot sleep due to my noisy disruptive neighbours who as usual are socializing at a time when most of the rest of the human race are sleeping so we can be fresh for work the next day. Obviously I will not be fresh for work tomorrow due to the fact that I cannot sleep with the noise coming through my bedroom walls from my disrespectful neighbours.
I lodged a formal complaint with Patrick via e-mail on [Email Removed] as well. No response and I am still waiting patiently for City Property to "investigate" as I was requested to do on my last complaint on this forum.
In the meantime, I never slept last week Friday 10 Jan 2014, 12 Jan 2014 Sunday, Friday 17 Jan 2014 and no sleep for me again tonight and every other night my rude and disrespectful neighbours decide they want to socialize and chat and talk and laugh and shout at each other and bang the doors and furniture non-stop until the early hours of the morning.
I have given up on notifying the Building Manager and Security because despite all efforts the problems keep recurring time and time again with no end... and so I wait...
