Poor service, inconsistent and taking chances

I sold my house through Rawson, all necessary inspections were done. Transfer of the property took place and from October till end of October I paid rental to new owners. So I moved out 31 October. I'm told since I was hospitalized that day of my move there were heavy rains so parts of my roof were damaged and then leaked. Rawson who is my agent now asked me to pay for the repairs, my question why I should? Am I in charge of acts go? Secondly I was told my pool kreepy was not working well, so they had to fix it. My pool was maintained weekly, I had no problems with it? Why should I now fix things that the new owner is responsible to pay? I think Rawson is taking advantage. Their response was that this was not part of voetstoot, now what is included in the voetstoot then? Since when I'm a pool expert or roof expert? I will never deal with Rawson ever again, they are pathetic and inconsistent. I bought the same house from them I never queried broken things from the owner, the pool was like a dam, the place was filthy, but I fixed all those without complaining. I will not pay that stupid amount.
