I have been renting a 1 bedroom flat in Florida for a year, when I moved in I asked the care taker if they can paint the flat he refused telling me stories now that I have moved out and wanted my deposit money back I was told that I'm liable for R2000 for painting the flat. How can I have made the wall dirty when I was the only person leaving there, no pets, no kids? Status mark management didn't even come the first day when I moved there to come and check the condition of the wall now I have to pay whereas they refused to paint the flat when I moved in.
I'm so frustrated and unhappy about this .. I need status mark to deposit the money in my account as soon as possible as I am currently unemployed and need that money
This is poor service from status mark and I want the world to know that they are
frustrated and disappointed. PLEASE HELP
