The law states that when you move out of a property, you and the agent need to check for damages that you may be liable for before the deposit can be paid back within 14 days of the property is signed back to the agent. I signed back the house to the agent with no damages 18 days ago. When I try to inquire about my deposit from the person responsible for the deposit payment, Byron Bleksley, he takes days to get back to me or just ignores me. I have never had so much bad service from one company / person in my life!!! Don't ever use this agency to rent a property from!! I took nearly 3 months to get them to respond to serious problems with the house, problems like a leaking and rotting roof, water that became undrinkable due to rust in pipes, taps that did not work, tiles that where lifting up...

Just don't ever bind yourself with a contract to this rental agency!!!
