It took Zelri properties 2 months 11 days to pay back my deposit back to me. I moved out on the 26th of Oct 2013 and after moving out and according to my contract, I should have received my deposit back within 7 - 21 days. I had to go personally and threaten them to give me my refund. Luckily because I do not accept nonsense, my money was paid back to me on the same day that I was there - 6th of Jan 2014. It is so unreasonable that one has to wait that long and there was no need for me to drive to their offices just to get my money back...
