Defrauded on purchase of property

I want to to report Patrick Goss from Gosco properties who sold a property to me under false pretence and after paying him a deposit he is no where to be found and does not return any of my calls or e-mail communications. The offer to purchase was signed on the 3rd Sep 2013. I would call and leave messages to follow up on the transaction, but no response. The property in question has since been sold to someone else, however to date I have not receive any correspondence or communication from Gosco Properties, nor a refund on my deposit that was paid. I am not able to locate Patrick.
