This company is by far the worst Agency I have ever had to deal with. I have cancelled the contract lawfully, yet they refuse to pay my deposit back. I have sent them numerous emails and still have yet to receive a single reply. they billed me incorrectly for electricity, in September and still to this day have not received a mail to explain why or the correction to be done. They insist on their R3000 admin fee upfront but do nothing for it. They did not do and entry inspection, when asked to do an exit inspection they told me they will arrange one at a later stage after I have moved out. they have charged me nearly R800 to cancel contract but not refuse to acknowledge the contract has been cancelled correctly.
I would highly recommend that anyone considering using this agency think twice before doing so
