I live in a complex that's managed by Berader Properties. One year ago, I lodged a complaint with Berader regarding an issue with rising damp in my home - a product of terrible workmanship throughout the construction of this complex. Now, a full year later, the problem remains unresolved.

It took six months of repeatedly ignored pleading before Berader finally initiated waterproofing and repairs. However, they only actually completed work on the outer side of the affected area, despite reassurances that they'd be responsible for repairs on both the exterior and interior of my home.

Eventually. patience wore thin and the owner and I contacted Berader again to discover when the interior would see similar repairs. After checking in with them numerous times, we were effectively told to "stop complaining" and that the work would eventually be completed. That was around six months ago.

I'm not entirely sure what it takes to get Berader to attend to its customers' needs. Their lousy attitude makes dealing with them needlessly painful. The mould that's growing on the interior of the house due to the damp is a proven health hazard, but they somehow ignore that fact. It's disgraceful.
