POOR SERVICE

We took a lease on a flat with the agent with move in date of 1 Decmeber 2013. I made numerous calls to the agent to verify that the flat would be ready for occupency and she assured me that i could move in 1 December. I then arranged for a moving truck and helpers at my own expense. Once we arrived at the flat it was a very bad state. Not all the locks on the doors and windows were working!! There were burn marks on the carpets and the walls needed to be painted. I then had to pay again for people and a van to move the following week with no compensation for the inconvenience and extra expenses. We were assured that all maintenance issues would be resolved within 7 dys of moving in. The lock on the bedroom window is still not fixed and i have not slept a full night without worrying yet, the shower has also been blocked since day 1. We were also assured that even though the flat only had one parking bay allocated that parking would not be an issue which was a major factor in us taking the flat as we have 2 cars. on the day we moved in we were notified that parking has been rented out to another company. This is unacceptable!!!
