Non Refund of Deposit Paid

I was iLookOut Letting's tenant at Midriver Estate in Terenure, Kempton Park for 2 and half years, I recently moved out in at the end of November 2013.

Since then they have been giving me the run around with regards to paying back my deposit.

I left the premises in the state I found it in and they have no reason to do such.

They are such. I am truly disappointed in them.

I refuse to let this go, they will be hearing from my lawyers in the new year.

To those who are thinking of leasing out property with them, please be warned and don't even bother.
