Poor service

I moved into a flat in muizenberg on the 4th of dec, wednesday the 11th of Dec they broke in during the day while I was at work they lifted the main gate off the rail broke my front door lock and the security gate I could not get hold of the agent as she wouldnt answer her cell I send a sms only to get back I must get a case no and she will get someone the following day to repair locks, told her I couldnt wait till then so she and her dad came to change one lock on the door and was said the contractors will come repair the gate, I waited the whole thursday made alot of calls just to get no response from them at all the contractor came 4pm and said he would send them the quote and wait for approval this morning I tried getting hold of agent again but yet no luck once again dont answer her cell dont reply to sms's either when I phoned the office the message was they having their staff party and wud only be back on tuesday the 17th so now I am stuck cant leave my flat cause its unsecure I was told by other tenants that they have complained about the main gate being unsecure but nothing was done about it ever so sorry i signed the lease
