We went on their website in search of a one bedroom flat in Rooihuiskraal, the add showed a thatched ground floor unit with neat garden, photos of the inside of the flat, specs 2 x carports.
We did not see the unit as were were assured that DIC do not have properties on their list they are not proud of. I paid the deposit en first month rent as instructed, whereby I was given the keys today, ONLY TO FIND that it was a photo of the lapa on the said property, the flat is on top op the residence with stairs. Not what I paid for.
They are refusing to refund all our monies, only deposit, this is totally unacceptable!!
