I own a property that has been rented out by Only rentals.
It was progressing smoothly until December 2013 when I did not receive the monthly rent. I then queried this with the administrator (Brittney Nichols) and was told that the tenant had vacated the premises. The rental agreement that I signed was valid till January 2014, which I then questioned. I was told that the tenant did indeed give a months' notice but they thought that I had been kept informed by the salesperson who ironically in no longer with them. I then queried the status of the agreement and then informed me that the previous tenant was liable for the rental but it is now 12 December 2013 and I have not received any feedback as to when this will be paid.
The exit inspections were not properly conducted. I visited the premises a few days ago after being assured that all the inspections were conducted and everything was in order and found that the retractable washing line was missing. I informed Mandy Nichols of this and have yet to receive feedback.
My biggest concern is that the property is standing vacant and all attempts for feedback has been met with no response.
This is completely unprofessional.
