After a lengthy argument, Andre Bryuns then said that I would hear from his lawyers.
I received a call from Andies from Rawson Properties 20th November and she said he was informed that I wished to apply for bond for the property I "purchased"- again I reiterated that I had not "purchased" a property and had told Andre I was retracting the offer.
He later sent an email saying Andre had instructed him to proceed with the bond application regardless of my retraction of the offer.
I received a call form a lady named Karla Van Wyk on the 21 November who was instructed by Andre to proceed with application, I reinforced to Karla that I had retracted this offer to purchase and would not further partake in this.
On the 21st November I received an email from Karla Van Wyk staying that I could not retract my offer according to the clause 20 on the offer to purchase.
I later remembered that I had asked Andre on the 15th November to make a photocopy of the signed offer to purchase, I then compared it to the offer to purchase they sent back with the sellers signature accepting the offer.
