Poor Customer Service

I'm a tenant of iThemba at Carlton view, first and foremost some of the staff at reception in this flat are not kind, but that's the least of my problems.

Just the other day in October my sister was visiting, was at the flat waiting for her to call and let me know she's here because the intercoms here are not working since we moved in, in July. My phone didn't have network she couldn't get through to me so she turned back even though she had her I.D with, no one alerted me that I have a visitor cos the intercoms are dead. What are we paying rent for if the flat doesn't hv resources to accomodate us as tenants? This problem must be sorted out its not nice at all.

Even when we initially moved in, in July our flat was not ready where else we had paid everything upfront, the flat was yet to be painted the day we moved in, and we had to be squashed in a smaller bachelor with our belongings until the flat was ready,

The experience I've had so far with iThemba straight from the beginning hasn't been a pleasant one at all...
