Worst service from a Managing Agent in Pretoria

To whom it may concern:

To my shock I received an invoice from a managing agent (Cloud 9) for window repairs at a flat I own in Pretoria.

After following up with all the tenants that have rented my flat during the year, they all confirmed that there was no window replaced in my flat. I mean, they would have known if someone came and took out a window and replaced with a new one. I also don't believe this work would have been done without anyone present at the flat otherwise this would have been a criminal act in itself.

I then engaged the managing agent (Hendrik Hoffman) to reverse the invoice or show me proof with a date when a window was replaced at my unit and to my surprise he was not able to show this invoice or advise on the date the work was done, except a general invoice for the work done for the entire complex.

After numerous email exchanges it has been very clear that either there is some corruption to source money from unknowing owners or there is clear mismanagement in the complex.

They are still insisting that I pay the invoice and I am shocked at how they can expect me to pay for something where they did not get approval from me, tenant and cannot show an invoice
