After signing a lease agreement with Choice Letting I have experienced endless problems. Maintenance inspections were carried out by Liezel Smith quarterly which was charged extra and still things were not noted. Once the tenants vacated the property the garden was left a complete mess as majority of the plants were dead and never replaced. After endless emails back and forth, Choice letting only replaced a few plants. They refuse to replace anything else as the deposit was paid back to the tenants and it is not for there cost. Who's cost is it for then, as they the agents and do the outgoing inspections? The lease agreement stated any plants that die need replacing. Why then was this not noted. As far as I'm concerned Choice Letting has not fulfilled there part of the agreement and I will never use them again. I would also never recommend them as they cannot keep control of the properties they are letting out.
