I HAD A LEASE FOR 1 YEAR WITH TRAFALGAR THEY PROMISED TO FIXED THE TAPS, WINDOWS BY THE BEDROOM AS WELL AS HAND SHOWER PIPE UNFORTUNATELY THEY FAILED TO FIX THEM UNTIL I DECIDED NOT TO RENT TO GET OWNER'S ATTENTION OF WHICH HE DID RESPOND AND STATED THAT HE PAID THEM TO FIX THE FLAT, HE THEN FIX THE WINDOWS AFTER THAT I WAS STILL UNHAPPY ABOUT COUPLE OF THINGS AROUND THE FLAT I THEN DECIDED TO LEAVE THE FLAT AND REPORTED TO TRAFALGAR AND LEFT FLAT KEYS BY THE SECURITY NOVEMBER 30/DEC 1 2011 BUT YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT I AM OWING THEM R1690..55 LAST MONTH SHE SENT ME A STATEMENT THAT I AM OWING THEM R1006.55 AND ALSO A LETTER THREATENING ME THAT I AM GOING TO BE BLACKLISTED ALSO THAT I SHOULD VACATE THE FLAT END OF THIS MONTH HOW INCOMPETENCE ONE CAN BE THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT I LEFT 2011 LIKE REALLY NOW!!! AND THE MOST AMAZING PART IS THAT SHE JUST SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH LATEST STATEMENT WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF R1006.55 LIKE LAST MONTH NO EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER
