I've rented through this agency. They have deducted money from my deposit for utilities (water) that was already paid by me. Although I've send proof of utilities paid they inform me that it was a courtesy on their side to allow me to pay. I have an email where they stated that I have to give written approval if I want to them to deduct the money from my deposit. According to them the water account was in arrears although I submitted proof that it was paid on time. It is just a pity that their courtesy didn't allow them to control payments before assuming that I was in arrears. Although I submitted the proof and requested a refund they very arrogantly informed me in writing that they do not have the money and will pay me when the money is available.
