Unfair Treatment to Clients

I have been liaising with a lady from Status Mark, and her service is terrible. I have emails, and calls, with regards to what is happening, and she has not been helpful, instead i get letters charging me more fees. I will never advise anyone to do business with status mark, because they don't care about their clients that actually lease from them. they are not even approachable. I wish i could post the emails.
