I asked Just Letting in Richards Bay to find me a tenant. They did and the tenant moved in on the 1/06/2013 and rental for that month was paid to me. In July I did not receive my rental, I spoke to a lady Carol about this, she promised to get back to me but she never did. When I phoned her back she told me the tenant will double up in August. I told I was not happy and this tenant looks like trouble but she assured me the tenant was very reliable, being the reasonable I am, I accepted. Come August the tenant only pays for July. I phone Just Letting and speak to a lady Elizabeth, she promises to send a letter to the tenant to pay up or move out. It is now November, I am owed three months rental the tenant is still in the house and I cannot get to speak to anyone at Just Letting in Richards Bay that can assist me. I get told Carol will contact me but she has never and I am led to believe she is the owner. The website of this company advertise themselves as rental specialists that offer professional advice to the property owner and tenant alike, sadly I am receiving none of that. All I want is my rental money and my property returned to me in the good condition. Pathetic service.
