Being Robbed and ignored-poor customer service

Was a tenant for 3months 71 mulberry park, gave a 1 month notice to vacant the place, paid R4000 dep, R570 lease agreement and R1000 utility dep, the agency did not give me the lease, have sent emails to queenburgh branch requesting for the lease the was no response from them, sent msg, cald them for the lease, sent an inquiry to customer service where Ronica finally cantacted me still no lease was given to me, end of september i served a 1 month notice and the Agent Geraldine finally responded and said you will forfeit your deposit, you will pay a cancellation fee and said call the manager in Gillits for more info, called the office more that 6 times spoke to receptionist who advised manager is in JHB she will call you back, even today waiting for the managers call, as i write im out of the house but Im currently receiving emails from lawyers calls from their finance Department asking for rental money for november hence iv already moved out. This agency dont communicate with their departments, dont give feedback with queries right now they are taking R5570 out of my pocket my deposit, lease agreement fee which was never given to me, im being robbed and the sad part is the is nothing i can do..
