Found move in properties on line and enquired about a flat available to rent in the centurion. I then called them to view the property however this agency requires a 350 joining fee which I had no problem paying as I was promised to have a list of other properties available for me to rent.
Paid the 350 and I was given a ref number with a list of properties within the area I had enquired about. I then proceeded to call the list for viewing, to my surprise only one of the 5 numbers answered. This was rather strange, I told the agency my frustration and no one bothered to help. I kept trying these umber for at least 3 days with no success. I sent yet another email to the agency, yet again NO one bothered to assist. I'm convinced that 1 of 2 things is happening here; its either there is no such properties or this company is playing silly games. I want my money back. I have a place to stay now however I did not get the service I paid for. There is no way in I will just give strangers 350. Before this goes court can someone please give me my money back.
