An agent from Seeff Ormonde helped us rent a house. In the same month (10/2013) on the 27th the owner of the house came to the house to tell us that we need to move out on the last day of the month. Seeff was contacted, a hearsay says they have dismissed the agent concerned and in the meantime I am not receiving any help from them. Instead I hear from another agent that they are not going to help but suggest that I get the money either from the agent or from the house owner. How do they expect me to go through all through these all alone when it is their agent who put me in this mess? There is a lot that goes into moving. They expect me to pay removal transport twice in one month, pay deposit twice in one month, and having to deal with the general stress of moving in one month, all the running around looking for accommodation on my own, phone calls I have to make connecting to other agents, worse they give this info to an agent I am currently dealing with without my permission.
And this is an agency one think is trustworthy and reliable. They asked about my expenses. I forwarded them and nothing is being done. Can somebody help? We occupied the property on 09/10/2013.
