I have been in contact with Just Letting Potch about a house that students are living in where the power gets cut. The students are not able to prepare food or study and this is because Just Letting are not able to manage the property. They only provide power for 5 people although 4 students live in the house and a family live in a flat on the premises. Just Letting provide the power is dribs and drabs (to prevent abuse?) and when the power runs out half way through the month, the agent Ronel does not return calls and is difficult to track down.
In their email response, they claim to have a solution that will be in place next year! The fact that it does not help their current tenants do not seem to concern them in the least.
I have copies of emails but not enough space to post all the details.
They are also reluctant to respond to emails. I am using this forum to take the matter further and see Just Letting appear regularly on this forum and generally do not seem to resolve issues..
Message to clients: Please be aware of this before making use of their services.
