Hannetjie from Bellco Properties put a tenant in my property in Jan 2013, the tenant only paid the first 3 months rental, Bellco paid the rental into my bond account, after 3 months of no rental payment Hannetjie the agent calls me to tell me the tenant is 3 months in arrears. Now 7 months later and lawyers bills and court cases the tenant is still in the property. After I asked Hannetjie for all the Fica documents for the client it comes to light that she never did any checks on the client... NO credit checks, NO bank statements, NO payslips and NO reference checks. After my lawyers did all the checks we found that the tenant has done this to many landlords before..
Please do not trust this company with your property as they surely only cares about themselves and the commission they earn.
I am taking the matter further with the EEAB and my lawyers.
