No urgency to help

We have been renting since September and have had parking bay problems since we moved in. We were allocated parking bay no. 27 with a entrance on one of the side roads. I was told by David, the supervisor that we should use parking bay no. 24 (This was confirmed by a Mrs. Natalie Frumer via email) until they put up electric fencing because another tenants car was broken into. there was a problem with parking 14. The person who's car was broken into, took parking 14 so we parked in courtyard. Fencing was put up and we parked in bay 27 but had lots of problems with gate. even came late for work once. I sent emails to Mrs Frumer but she never replied to any until i had to remind her or call her. I requested new parking and was put on a waiting list. While my car was parking behind closed remote gates with electric fencing it was broken into. I suffered huge damage. Again i called Mrs Frumer who said i must put it on email which i did but received no reply or update. I then spoke to Mrs Knight who didn't sound that they cared about the brake in. She don't even know who has what parking in the complex and even asked me to tell her. All i want is a safe parking.
