National Letting in Johannesburg West Rand - Has such bad service! its been 2 months, I have moved out from one of the unit they are managing in a complex- Alnair in Wilgeheuwel. I still haven't received my deposit back! They have come up with so many stories! 3 weeks after I moved out, after calling them to ask about my deposit, they told me a carpet in one of the bedrooms had an iron burnt, and that was news to me! Till this day I honestly don't know how the burn got there, because on the day of the inspection it wasn't there! They then said they will take off some of my deposit money and replace the carpet and till today I am waiting to see if they will put any money into my bank account but nothing, I am tired of calling them because they are always coming up with new excuses! I have never seen any organisation that is so unprofessional in every manner!
