Months after we finally received copy of lease but no pre inspection list emailed again asking for it and up to today still waiting. We also emailed them that there was plugs in house not working a tap was broken and one toilet was leaking no one did anything about it so we did all the repairs. So we gave our month notice and upon moving out washed carpets walls and windows now they are saying that the carpets are dirty and they want to take our deposit to clean them however with the inspection done upon moving out the lady said she can see carpets have been washed also that they were very old now my argument is the carpets I would guess is twenty years old and have wear and tear so I want to know what do they want to do. Wash wear and tear out lol they gonna wash forever and I still didn't even see the inspection list of before we moved in nor did we sign that form. Is this the way people can afford luxury items like big white bmw cars and so on, by stepping all over the little guys? But the rental housing tribunal has a complaints department. So when our 21 days expires we can lay our complaint also if you phone them they never get back to you like they say they will
