I forgot to pay account (R704) at beginning January, i got the reminder and on the 12th i paid R730. On the 14th i got a call that my account was still outstanding i told the account admin who suddenly had became a debt collector that i paid on the 12th. She wanted proof and i sent it. My current account shows i have charged over R100 for the call she made on the 14th and other undisclosed debt collector charges. I dont get it because it was her job to check my payment before she wore her debt collector hat from account admin but she did and wants to swindle money out me
