Pierre Van Der Westhuizen from Emmanuel property advertised a boat and trailer for sale. On the 25/8/2013 I swopped my new quad bike and trailer for his boat and trailer. I delivered the bike, trailer and license papers to him. When it came time for me to pick up the boat and trailer, I was assured that all was in working order and that he would sort out the licensing papers when he received them from the previous owner. At the time of the hand over, I found that the motors did not run properly and were not cooling as they should. Pierre assured me that he would sort them out. To date I have found even more problems with the boat motors (not even in running order) and have no licence papers. After many emails, messages and attempts to contact him. Pierre blatantly refuses to sort out the problems and continues to dodge my attempts to resolve the issues. He states that he tested the boat and motors thoroughly and found no problems. This is obviously a Pierre, you should be ashamed of your self for doing business in this way.
