I am a tenant of JHC for last 7 years, living in a single flat with my wife in Tribunal Gardens 27 gillies street fordsburg. Couple of months before I used to pay water and electricity around R350 average for my flat but suddenly now I am receiving water and electricity bill around R1000 which is impossible as I have same working routine (we both working) same appliances. When tried to complaint this to housing supervisor and asked him to show me my electricity meter which is in front of flat received reply that we are not allowed to show to tenant. Tried to go to head office but no success even sent an email to JHC head office but no luck. Its not only me there are around thirty flats those got wrong meter readings and billings and after complaining there is no answer. Thanks Glen
