Any person with common sense can see that there is a problem with our electricity bill. I've had to waste time trying to identify the problem (sending numerous emails) as Vera refuses to assist. Despite the fact that I know the electricity billing is incorrect (our average consumption has appeared to have TRIPLED), Vera has been blatantly rude and has told me that there is nothing that she can do to assist and that I should figure out what's wrong. I am absolutely appalled to think that we, as residents, are supposed to be receiving PROFESSIONAL SERVICE and instead are receiving incorrect information coupled with terrible service. I would strongly advise against anyone making use of Angor Property Specialists, as they are unprofessional and unhelpful.
