I purchased 2 Tomstones on the 26/01/2013 and instructed Sundown Tomstone on the 27/07/2013 to install the tombstone as we will be unveiling it on the 05/10/2013, they promised to install it 05/09/2013 which they failed to and they again promised to install it on the 18/09/2013 and again they failed and now they said they will install it on the 02/10/2013, i spoke to the ownner Mrs Magrieta Engelbrecht to explain the situation and my frustration but lady was so rude and told me that there is nothing she can do, i told her that she should refund me but she dropped the phone on me, i phone again and they said i should not have ogranised the unveiling before the tombstone is installed but when i purchsed the tombstone they told me they need 1 month notice, when i explain to her about the loss and the inconvinience that i will suffer if they don't install it on the 02/10/2013 she said thats my problem not her's.
how can the owner of the business behave in this manner? she kept speaking Afrikaans in our conversation and i told her i dont understand Afrikaans. i m so disappointed and still in shock that i was treated like beggar by this lady and her company and the worst thing i paid.
