Neglect of tenant concerns

1. I moved into the Rainbow Villas complex in May 2013. When I moved there were several items that were not in a working condition. For example, the lights bulbs (which i eventually replaced at my own cost), one plate of the stove, two wall plugs, a cupboard with no screws and the windows could not open. They only first came in July to fix other things however the stove, wall plugs and the cupboard are yet to be fixed.
2. I request that they move me to a prepaid water and electricity method because the way they bill with their meter readings is not an accurate reflection of what i use and my concerns have fallen to deaf ears and they continue to charge these unreasonable amounts despite my concerns.
