I would not advise anyone to use their services, they're the most difficult people to get hold of. I signed a sub-lease of 6 months with my former housemate but things went terribly wrong. I was forced to move out after 3 months and notified the agent of urgency to leave the apartment. She clearly stated that anyone could move into my room as long as their credit check was good, they had the deposit and the first month rent. She told me that a penalty for cancellation would be charged and I would get my deposit from the replacement tenant. But my former housemate didn't want to share and took the apartment on her own. And refuses to give me my portion of the deposit. Question is, if the agent didn't mind if anyone moved in as long as my flatmate was fine with it and told me that the replacement would give me my deposit, what happens now that the flatmate refuses to share and pay my deposit. The person who is supposed to explain this better to me is unreachable. And now, I need my deposit and the agent is MIA. She ignores my calls, emails and whatsapp messages. And I need my deposit back!!!
