I have contacted this person numerious times regarding property that I am interested in buying. He never answers the phone. He prefers sending sms's but he does not always respond. The last incident I have had with him I asked him to view 2 properties and he replied which one after I clearly stated both. Then a day later he says that there is someone who might put in an offer on one of these properties but he will let me know which one and then arrange to view. it has been almost a month ago and he did not make any effort to contact me. Clearly he is not interested in selling properties so if you needed to sell or buy property I would definately not make use of his comapny because it will waste your time.
