I was initially dealing with Susan Jonker who found the purchasers for my property. All was going well until Susan tried to defend my position when the purchasers caused damage to my property. The transferring attorneys (SW Kruger & associates) got involved & gave incorrect legal advice and had Susan resign with immediate effect. I was then left to deal with the completely incompetent Hanneke. She made numerous promises regarding timelines for my transfer, and when there were issues she refused to respond. She did nothing to help the transfer process along, did not find the purchasers, yet walked away with the full commission. The transfer had to be lodged twice because she didn't check the documents that were submitted by the purchasers. When I queried the proceeds from the sale she said that she was advised not to get involved. I had no apology what so ever for the delay, she didn't even inform me that there were problems with it until I sent a number of requests for an update on the progress.
